Two Old Cranleighans have been selected for the upcoming rugby varsity match between Oxford and Cambridge on the 10th December 2015.
Centre Henry Lamont, winning his fourth Blue, will Captain the Oxford Blues at Twickenham, and Tom Stileman will win his first Blue as a first year undergraduate. Both boys represented the 1st XV
at Cranleigh School and have managed to further their academic education while continuing with their rugby.
Director of Rugby, Andrew Houston, said; “ This is a terrific achievement for both Tom and Henry. Both young men are exceptional role models for all pupils to be
inspired by. They have worked so hard, both in and out of the classroom, to achieve their goals and as a School we are so proud.”
The varsity match will be shown live on BBC and we wish both players the very best of luck.
