Executive Chef Paul understands the high culinary standards expected at the school, and he shares our passion and culture for fresh, healthy food and creating an environment to help young people thrive and succeed. Paul has over 33 years of experience across the industry, including 13 years employed in senior management kitchen positions and 14 months at The Gordon Ramsay Academy.

Paul and his Harrison team are passionate about delivering high-quality food service and providing delicious, well-balanced, seasonal menus with pupils at the heart of every service.
