20 LVth Drama students were involved in a physical theatre storytelling workshop this week fromDrama Work acclaimed theatre company ‘Les Enfants Terrible’. The workshop focused on elements of the story from the play ‘Earnest and the Pale Moon’. Students were given the chance to work with instruments and props from the show Drama Work1and to experiment creating work inspired by the story. They worked with real imaginative energy and there was a fantastic atmosphere in the room all afternoon.

Later that evening all the LVth Drama students and those in the IVth form planning to study Drama at GCSEErnestPOSTER were invited to watch a performance of the play in the VCT. The hour long, enchanting story truly captured this young audience and if the shrieks and gasps were anything to go by, this exciting thriller kept them on the edge of their seat.
