Congratulations to Ellen Farrington (LVIth South) for having her painting ‘Strangers’ short-listed for the Royal Academy A Level online exhibition 2014.

The A-level Summer Exhibition Online, had over 2,100 submissions from 361 schools across the UK. 1,280ellen_farrington_strangers young artists between 16 and 18 years old entered. By being shortlisted Ellen’s work was put into the top 106 pieces. Ellen who is finishing the Lower Sixth year of the Pre-U course has another year to go and it will be interesting to see how her work develops in the future.
