Sixteen year old Phoebe Osborn (South) has qualified for the Lemieux British Dressage Championships to be held at Stoneleigh Park from September 18th to the 21st. Riding her relatively new horse, McKenna, Phoebe was placed second at one of seven Summer Regional Championships last week. With just the top two out of the thirty riders in her arena qualifying for the Championships, this was an outstanding performance for a young rider, although having led the class from the beginning of the day her mother commented that it was much more nerve wracking waiting for all the riders to complete their tests than it was watching Phoebe do her test.
Phoebe, who has been on standby this week as reserve for the Home International in Wales next week, will also be part of our School dressage teams that have already qualified for the NSEA Championships at Addington in October half term.
