Cranleigh’s Robbie Olival has won an award for School Chef of the Year. Robbie, Chef de Partie at Cranleigh, created a special menu that impressed the judges and won him a trophy, personalised chef’s jacket and dinner for four at a top restaurant. Robbie’s two course menu featured a deconstructed chicken Caesar salad with winter roast vegetables and cranberry chutney, followed by passion fruit millefeuille for dessert.
