Over the exeat weekend 12 Pupils from the Ski Team attended an intensive 3 day package in Thollon, France. Under the instruction of Franck Blanc (Ex – French Slalom Champion and Salomon team member) the team honed their skills on some very taxing giant slalom and slalom runs. The trip culminated in the first Cranleigh Championship the results of which were as follows:

1st – Harry Wills(North)                  LVIth       35.21

2nd – Will Gumpel (Cubitt)             LVIth       35.85

3rd – Hugo Puddle (North)             L5th         35.86

Jemima Stephenson (LVIth South) took the honours for the girls with a time of 39.40.

The team will be entering national inter-school competitions next winter and judging by the competitive nature and raw talent in the team, we should be very successful.
