Congratulations to three Sixth Formers who have received offers to study Medicine.

They are working towards achieving the required grades, and all being well Macca G will be going to Bristol, Jacopo B to University College London and Will M to Brighton and Sussex Medical School.

Applying for Medicine is challenging at the best of times, but the various challenges of 2020 resulted in an overflow of candidates, meaning a 21% increase in applications for the 2020-21 cycle.

A more competitive process, combined with the challenges of online interviews and the worries of COVID made this a year unlike any other.

It is a special achievement to get an offer for medicine, and the success of our applicants in the most challenging of circumstances reflects their drive, resilience, perseverance and commitment.
