We are pleased to share that Miss Juliette Wise (Teacher of Classics and Assistant Housemistress in East House) has been selected to represent England in Lacrosse. Juliette will be playing at the 2024 Home Internationals against Scotland, Wales and Czech Republic in Cardiff over April 5-7. This is part of the ongoing preparations for the European Championships this Summer, held in Braga Portugal. This is the first international series of lacrosse in the UK since the announcement that lacrosse will be in the 2028 LA Olympics.

Currently, the England Lacrosse team is entirely self-funded with players spending up to £10,000 a year on representing England and GB. Juliette is looking to find individual sponsors, as well as looking for any interest in team sponsorship.

If you would be interested in having any discussions on sponsorship or fundraising, please get in touch with Juliette (jrw@cranleigh.org).
